Gas-Elec provide our residential property portfolio with gas/electrical safety inspections and as a property manager, health and safety compliance is a major responsibility. The problem with my boiler turned out to be simply a huge amount of air trapped in my radiators which I hadn't bled for over a year.
Ray quickly identified the problem and after bleeding all of the radiators and checking the supply tank in the loft area, the boiler started working perfectly again.
I found him to be knowledgeable and very efficient and also very friendly.
I would be very happy to have him attend my house again.
Unfortunately I have my gas safety check booked in with another company next week and they will also do the annual service repair too but I will switch back to your company in the future for annual servicing and safety checks and also for all repair work based on Ray’s professionalism here today.
Just to let you know that I was really pleased with the work that Radostin Cheshmedzhiev did replacing my radiator. I had to leave for work while he completed the job and it was installed and working perfectly when I returned.
The Engineer RADOSTIN CHESHMEDZHIEV was not only a very pleasant person but a great ambassador for your company. He did a super job - please tell his boss!

I would like to thank John Poole, the engineer involved, for handling this matter in a very professional way.
John came around the same day as I reported the incident to personally apologize and to offer the reimburse us for the loss. The personal visit and prompt apology was greatly appreciated and we absolutely did not expect more than that. However, John insisted on us working out the value of the loss since he was determined to reimburse us - even said he would turn up with a case of wine if we did not work out the estimated amount. I worked out the approximate value the next day and to our surprise we did not only receive a reimbursement for the amount of loss but also a case of quality wine, which was delivered by John in person.
We are very impressed with the customer service we've received from John - he is clearly passionate about his job and he must be one of the very few service providers who genuinely care about his customers. Jacqui Ridout is very lucky to have such a conscientious and genuine service provider on board.
