Since October 2008, ALL rented properties require an Energy Performance Certificate that provides the energy rating of a property which indicates the energy efficiency of a home. gas-elec group have extended their range of inspection services to provide EPCs for rented property.
With a nationwide panel of Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) working with our regional offices, you will be able to have your rented properties EPCs done by a local gas-elec group energy assessor thus ensuring a stress-free solution to the issue of arranging EPCs for properties that you manage.
Remember, an EPC must be provided for all rented properties!
