Agents - Property Service Protection Plan
As a letting agent responsible for rental properties, gas-elec group have designed their Property Services Protection Plan to ensure that you do not breach any of the relevant legislation governing rental properties. This comprises:
Gas Safety Inspection
Inspection and testing of the property's gas installation and gas appliances (i.e. boiler, cooker and gas fires). This will identify any gas leaks or poisonous carbon monoxide (CO) and will ensure that the property has undergone all the necessary gas safety checks.
Gas Boiler Servicing
If a gas boiler is neglected and servicing is not carried out regularly it can be a principal source of gas and carbon monoxide (CO) leaks. Regular boiler servicing not only protects tenants and residents, it extends the life of the boiler and ensures economic running.
Electrical Safety Inspection
A visual and electrical inspection and testing of up to six domestic appliances and an earth loop test on two random sockets within the property.
