If during a gas or electrical safety inspection or boiler service it becomes apparent that further work is going to be needed our engineer will provide a report with a quote of what needs to be done. This gives you the opportunity to consult with the landlord either to source further quotes or to ask us to proceed with the remedial work. We realise that most of the time it is more convenient to have the same person who undertook the initial inspection to carry out the work as they are already aware of the problems.
