gas-elec safety inspection franchisees are specially-trained and qualified to inspect both gas and electrical equipment in one visit and to carry out boiler servicing and minor repairs.
gas-elec electrical franchisees are in high demand for electrical works, e.g. Periodic inspections and remedials, which are outside the remit of their gas-elec inspection engineer colleagues. Electrical franchisees cannot and do not work on gas.
gas-elec offers a unique combined gas and electrical safety inspection service. Approximately 3,000,000 homes in the UK are required by law to be certified safe annually. gas-elec inspection engineers are qualified to inspect both gas and electrical equipment in one visit. This saves landlords, property managers and letting agents the considerable administration costs of arranging two separate safety inspections.
gas-elec also offers a range of products and safety inspection services to the homeowner, home buyer and home seller markets.

The manager is responsible for sales and marketing, leaving the engineers free to concentrate on the safety inspections.
This creates a network of hundreds of inspection franchises.
