Over the past few years the legislation regarding health and safety compliance in commercial properties has changed dramatically. Changing work regulations and different safe working priorities means that commercial properties need to act NOW to ensure that they comply with the regulations.
Insurance companies have also taken a harsh approach to claims from this sector: research has shown that more and more claimants are finding that insurance companies are denying unrelated claims if the establishment does not comply with regulations.
