Once you are a gas-elec group customer you will be contacted by letter to remind you when your annual boiler service and/or gas and electrical safety inspections are due. An annual service for your boiler and/or other gas and electrical appliances is a positive step to ensuring that your domestic appliances are always in safe working order and also helps to prevent emergency call outs due to broken down boilers or appliances.
