The gas-elec group Home Services Report is a visual and functional check of the condition of the gas, electricity and plumbing installations in a home which is concluded with a written report detailing any defects found and recommendations on how to rectify any problems.
Gas Safety Inspection and Testing
Our qualified engineers carry out an inspection and test of the gas installation and appliances (i.e. gas boiler, cooker and gas fires), which will identify any gas leaks or poisonous carbon monoxide (CO).
Electrical Safety Inspection and Testing
This safety assessment comprises a visual and functional inspection of the electrical installation, testing for the presence of earthing and including sample testing of sockets.
Plumbing and Central Heating Safety Inspection and Testing
The visual and functional inspection of the plumbing and central heating installations includes all direct fed hot and cold supplies and tanks for the plumbing and : boiler controls, radiators (condition, leaks, etc.) for the central heating.
