Fire Safety Risk Assessments
At gas-elec group we have inspectors who are fully trained and certified Fire Safety Risk Assessors. They will look at your current home fire safety precautions, identify any hazards, decide on any action that needs to be taken and produce a written assessment.
The fire home safety check includes:
- Identifying your domestic fire hazards
- Evaluating and reducing your home fire risks
- Determining if your existing fire precautions are adequate
- Recording the findings
- Drawing up your emergency plan
- Producing a written Home Fire Risk Assessment
We will work with you to ensure your house fire safety strategy fulfils your requirements.
Our Fire Safety Risk Assessor will check:
- The provision of domestic fire detectors and alarms
- The maintenance and testing of your fire alarms
- Adequate escape route and exit is readily available
