Landlords - Gas Safety Inspection
A landlord is duty bound and may be legally obliged to make sure that their property complies with all current gas safety legislation. As such our fully qualified gas-elec group engineers can provide you with a full gas inspection check and report and our service includes the essential annual gas safety certificate and covers up to three gas appliances, for example, a gas boiler, cooker and gas fire. Our check will also identify any hazardous situations such as gas leaks or the presence of poisonous carbon monoxide (CO).
