Landlord - Property Service Protection Plan
This standard Landlord Safety Inspection covers up to three gas appliances and up to six electrical appliances. Also included within this test is a polarity and earth fault loop impedance test on two random sockets.
This is recommended for compliance with existing legislation, including the provisions for electrical safety as detailed in the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.

The LPP ensures that all your annual gas and electrical safety testing, certification and boiler servicing is done automatically, without you having to worry about out-of-date certificates or arranging an inspection. We organise everything from making contact when the tests are due to providing the reports and certificates you need, when you need them, to comply with the legislation.
The service includes the following:
Gas Inspection
- Inspection and testing of the gas installation.
- Inspection and testing of the gas appliances (e.g. boiler, cooker and fires).
- Inspection and identification of any gas leaks or poisonous carbon monoxide (CO).
Gas Boiler Service
Neglected gas boilers can be a principle source of leaks and CO poisoning. Regular servicing not only protects the occupants of a property, it extends the life of the boiler and ensures that it runs economically.
Electrical Inspection
- A visual and electrical inspection of up to six domestic electrical appliances.
- An earth loop test to 50% of the sockets within the property.
