It's very important that I use people I can rely on. I have little knowledge of gas and electrical safety work and when (gas-elec) tells me something needs replacing, I know he is not just saying that so I will have the work done. I feel I can take his word for it. If they say it needs replacing - like a gas fire last week - then I replace it.
