A regular service would have discovered & repaired the water leak that destroyed this boiler. When was yours last serviced? |
Not horns: streaks caused by poisonous carbon monoxide fumes leaking out of
this fire. |
This boiler flue, crammed up against the porch, prevented contracts being exchanged on the house and substantially delayed its sale. “Who built the porch?” asked our inspector. “My brother-in-law,” came the sheepish reply. |
A fine example of ‘cowboy’ gas and electrical installation. |
An example of the horrors that can lurk behind the façade of a coal-effect gas fire. When was yours last serviced? |
“Not sure which is more hazardous,” said our engineer, “someone touching the heater whilst in the shower or the heater setting fire to the plastic shower curtain!” |
This is why the light wouldn’t turn off or, if it did, the fuse blew! |
