Damaged socket
Nibbled socket
Burned cooker socket
Another obvious hazard.
Gas meter warning - open pipes!
This was the only warning our engineer received that the gas pipe in the room next door was not properly capped off...
Illegal taped up gas pipe!
...and this is the taped up pipe! A very hazardous situation.
Exposed electrical wiring
This exposes the importance of moving equipment when conducting a safety inspection! These exposed live terminals were found behind a washing machine, and their danger hidden from view.
Illegal and dangerous extension lead
Not only is this extension lead totally unusable, it's also extremely dangerous!
