RETURNS POLICY
If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect please return them within 14 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item. Please have your invoice with you to do this. If you change your mind within 14 days, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

CHANGES
Gas Elec reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, add to or change the Site, these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other policies at any time and any such modifications, additions or changes will be effective immediately on,being posted to this Site. When such modifications, additions or changes are made to the Terms, the Privacy Policy or any other policies, this will be indicated by the issue date at their start. Any liability of gas-elec group shall be limited in respect of any one incident or a series of two or more connected incidents to an amount equal to the cover provided to gas-elec group under its policies of insurance.

The above exclusions and limitations shall not, however, operate so as to limit the liability of gas-elec group in respect of:

• death or personal injury arising from the negligence of gas-elec group or that of its employees agents or sub contractors;
• any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. We both agree, for the exclusive benefit of gas-elec group, that the Courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this Agreement; save that, it is agreed that this clause confers jurisdiction for the benefit of gas-elec group only and gas-elec group shall reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in the Courts of any other country, which has jurisdiction.

GENERAL
Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.

These Terms cannot be varied except in writing by [a director] of gas-elec group.

Nothing said by any employee or agent of gas-elec group will be capable of varying these Terms.
